Voter ID Will Empower Minorities
In this 2009 testimony before the Minnesota House Committee on Elections, Lucky Rosenbloom explains how the proposed Voter ID bill would empower black Minnesotans. Mr. Rosenbloom serves on the State Council on Black Minnesotans. The bill failed to proceed based upon a party-line vote.
