An election judge from a small town in Minnesota testified before the House Government Operations and Elections Committee during a Thursday hearing on the Voter ID Amendment. He recounted a personal story of having witnessed election fraud in progress in 2008.
A group of 10-13 people used Election Day registraton to obtain ballots. Each used the same address – a local laundromat.
Officials at the Auditor’s office told him at the time that he could not “interfere with their right to vote.”
